If there is - was - one thing in life I knew, it was that even-numbered BMW models are coupes. The 4 is the 3 coupe. The 6 is the 5 coupe. The X4 is the X3 coupe. The X6 is the X5 coupe. But now the X2 spy photos dropped, and it has all come crashing down around me like a house of cards. Look at that roofline. That isn’t coupe-like. You could barely call it rakish. Just when you think you know a company, they go and stab you in the back. Goodbye BMW. We’re done.
